「有餘師說至或吠嵐婆」者，敘異說。吠嵐婆，是鐵圍山間風。又真諦云：「吠嵐婆，此云恒起，即是運轉日、月風也。」

[On the phrase] 'Other masters say [...] or Vairambha': this relates the variant explanation. Vairambha is the wind between the Iron Ring Mountains. Paramārtha also says: 'Vairambha is translated here as "constantly arising," which is the wind that moves the sun and the moon.'
