論「有餘師說至或吠嵐婆」，敘異說也。吠嵐婆者，是鐵圍山間風。真諦師云：「言吠嵐者，此云恒起，即是運轉日、月風也。」
On the Śāstra's text, "Other masters say ... or the Vairambhā [winds]," this relates a divergent explanation. Vairambhā is the wind between the Iron Ring Mountains. Master Paramārtha said: "The word vairambha is translated here as 'constantly arising', which is the wind that turns the sun and moon."
