22.37

「唯受一分至餘有漏行法」者，此即第二別顯苦諦。問：三受之中唯苦受一分是苦自體，所餘有漏竝非苦受，如何可言諸有漏行皆是苦諦？此即問及頌答。

Regarding "Only one part of feeling... the remaining conditioned sāsrava phenomena": this is the second part, specifically elucidating the truth of suffering. Question: Among the three feelings, only one portion—painful feeling—is the intrinsic nature of suffering; the remaining sāsrava [phenomena] are completely not painful feelings. How can it be said that all sāsrava conditioned phenomena are the truth of suffering? This is the question and the verse answer.
