「已辨現觀至如先已說」者，此即第二明十六心依地。言六地者，謂四靜慮、未至、中間。
Regarding "Having explained clear realization... as was previously stated": This is the second section, clarifying the grounds (bhūmi) upon which the sixteen minds rely. The "six grounds" are the four dhyānas, the preliminary stage (anāgamya), and the intermediate dhyāna (dhyānāntara).
