「即於此中至故名法輪」者，釋第五、第六句。即於此梵輪中，唯依見道，世尊有處說名法輪。以法為輪，故名法輪，猶如世間聖王輪故。有速等五相，見道似彼，故名法輪。

"Precisely within this [...] therefore it is named the wheel of the Dharma" explains the fifth and sixth lines. Precisely within this wheel of Brahmā, solely on the basis of the path of seeing, the World-Honoured One in certain places speaks of it as the wheel of the Dharma (dharma-cakra). Taking the Dharma as a wheel, it is therefore named the wheel of the Dharma, just like the wheel of a worldly noble wheel-turning king. It possesses the five marks such as speed; the path of seeing resembles it, and is therefore named the wheel of the Dharma.
