「如實覺知至立證淨名」者，答。謂無漏慧如實覺知四聖諦理，故名為證。正信三寶及妙尸羅皆名為淨，離不信垢故信名為淨，離破戒垢故戒名為淨。由證四諦得信、戒淨，立證淨名。

Regarding "By knowing and awakening in accordance with reality [...] the name 'verified clarity' is established": this is the answer. It means that because anāsrava prajñā knows and awakens to the principle of the four noble truths in accordance with reality, it is called 'verification'. Right faith in the Three Jewels and wondrous śīla are both called 'clarity'; because it is free from the defilement of disbelief, faith is called clarity, and because it is free from the defilement of breaking the precepts, morality is called clarity. Because by verifying the four truths one obtains purity of faith and morality, the name 'verified clarity' is established.
