「有言此是至故不能修」者，有言：此世俗智是見道眷屬，彼道類智是修道攝，故不能修。

[The phrase] "Some say this is [...] hence it cannot be cultivated" refers to an opinion: Some say that this conventional cognition is an attendant of the path of vision, whereas that subsequent cognition of the path is subsumed under the path of cultivation; hence it cannot be cultivated.
