「理非極成不應為證」者，論主難。諸部大有說第十六心亦見道攝，言非見道理非極成，不應為證。

[The phrase] "The principle is not established by consensus and should not serve as proof" is the author's critique. Many other schools say that the sixteenth thought-moment is also subsumed under the path of vision; to say that it is not the path of vision is a principle not established by consensus, and it should not serve as proof.
