「若爾何故說名為修」者，經部問。起時自在可說名修，此既不生，何名為修？
[The phrase] "If so, why is it called cultivation?" is a question from the Sautrāntikas: When it arises with sovereignty, it can be called cultivation; since this [cognition] does not arise, why is it called cultivation?
