「但由得故說名為得」者，說一切有部答。但由現在起得得故說名為得，非要現起。

[The phrase] "It is designated as acquired merely through acquisition" is the Sarvāstivāda reply: It is called 'acquired' merely because the acquisition (prāpti) that has arisen in the present acquires it; it is not necessary that it become manifest.
