26.32

「有說無漏智亦作如是知」者，西方沙門經部等計。說有：無漏智不作十六行，亦作如是知，我已知苦等。

Regarding "Some say that undefiled knowledge also has such knowing": this is the tenet of the western śramaṇas, the Sautrāntikas, and others. They say: there is undefiled knowledge that does not adopt the sixteen modes of activity, which also has such knowing as: "I have known suffering," and so forth.
