「沈心者至相應起故」者，第五對沈心、策心。《婆沙》云下心、舉心，名異義同。
Regarding "The depressed mind ... because they arise in association": this is the fifth pair, depressed mind and stimulated mind. The Mahāvibhāṣā calls them lowered mind and uplifted mind; the names differ, but the meaning is the same.
