「為有無漏至餘說有論故」者，此即第二明行攝淨盡。上句述正宗，下句敘異說。

[On the lines] "Whether there are unpolluted [aspects beyond sixteen … because another treatise speaks of them]": this is the second [section], explaining that the aspects subsume [all unpolluted cognitions] completely. The first line states the orthodox school, and the second line presents the dissenting view.
