「發語心起至化如何語」者，釋第九、第十句。問：發語通果心起，變化通果心既無，應無化身，化如何發語？

"When the speech-emitting mind arises ... how does the apparition speak?": this explains the ninth and tenth lines. Question: When the fruit-of-supernormal-power mind that emits speech arises, since the fruit-of-supernormal-power mind that manifests apparitions is absent, there should be no apparitional body; how then does the apparition speak?
