27.62

「此唯依止至總緣境故」者，釋下兩句。此唯依止三洲人身，性猛利故，非依餘處。謂緣欲界未來有事修斷煩惱，勿他煩惱緣已生故。諸見所斷無事煩惱不可遮防，迷諦理生，內起隨應，總緣境故。

On "This relies solely on […] because it takes objects comprehensively": This explains the lower two lines. This relies solely on the human bodies of the three continents because their nature is keen and sharp, not relying on other places. It is directed at the future afflictions of the desire realm abandoned by cultivation that have real entities, so that another's afflictions do not arise with oneself as object. The entity-less afflictions abandoned by seeing cannot be prevented, as they arise from delusion regarding the truth of reality, arising internally as appropriate, because they take their objects comprehensively.
