「有餘師說至無滯礙」者，敘異說。詞、辨同言故相對明，法、義差別故不對顯。

Regarding the passage from "Other masters say" up to "unhindered": this relates an alternative explanation. Because nirukti and pratibhāna both concern speech, they are explained in contrast to each other; because dharma and artha differ, they are not explained in contrast.
