Regarding the passage from "These four kinds" up to "may be called obtained": this explains the ninth line, showing that their attainment is necessarily complete. Because at the time of attaining the fourth prāntakoṭika-dhyāna the four analytical knowledges arise with mastery, one is said to fully obtain the four. Therefore, the subsequent text says: "Although Nirukti-pratisaṃvid is obtained relying on that [dhyāna], its essence is not subsumed under that dhyāna." Furthermore, the Nyāyānusāra states: "Other masters say: there are cases of incomplete attainment; there is no principle that obtaining one must necessitate obtaining all four."
