「此非決定至決定得者」者，答。入見道得，此非決定。雖超越人依根本地入見道者，亦得根本無漏等至。以次第者入見道時，爾時未得根本定故，即非決定。此中但論決定得者。故《正理》云「聖離下染必定獲得上地根本無漏定故。」

"This is not definitive ... those that are definitively obtained": this is the answer. Acquisition upon entering the path of vision (darśana-mārga) is not definitive. Although a person of leaping entry who enters the path of vision relying on a fundamental level also obtains a fundamental uncontaminated attainment, for one of gradual progression entering the path of vision, because at that time they have not yet obtained a fundamental concentration, it is not definitive. Here, it only discusses what is definitively obtained. Thus the *Nyāyānusāra* says: "Because an ārya separating from lower defilement definitively acquires the fundamental uncontaminated concentration of the upper level."
