28.15

「不爾餘品等持劣故」者，說一切有部救云：不爾，餘散品心性雖有等持，體性劣故不名為定。

"Not so, because samādhi in the other categories is weak": the Sarvāstivāda rescues [its position], saying: Not so; although the nature of the mind in other, distracted categories has samādhi, because its intrinsic nature is weak, it is not called meditative absorption.
