「所言從淨至皆能生耶」者，此即第三明順四分定。牒前問起。

"As for what was said, that from pure ... can all produce?": this is the third section, explaining the concentrations conducive to the four divisions (hāna-, sthiti-, viśeṣa-, and vedhabhāgīya). It quotes the preceding [passage] to raise the question.
