「淨及無漏至非無漏境」者，釋第二句。無記無為非無漏境，非諦攝故。餘文可知。

Regarding 'Pure and uncontaminated ... is not an uncontaminated objective sphere': this explains the second line. Unspecified unconditioned dharmas are not uncontaminated objective spheres, because they are not subsumed under the [noble] truths. The rest of the text is understandable.
