Regarding "The World-Honoured One, in the Saṃyuktāgama ... is also completely unobtainable": the author of the treatise cites a twelfth sūtra to prove that there is no self. Badarī is the name of a small jujube in the Western regions; parents loved their child and used this as a name. Within the sixteen lines, the first two lines listen first intending to speak, and the latter fourteen lines constitute the main explanation. Within the main explanation, the first two lines set forth the theme, and the latter twelve lines explain it separately. Within the separate explanation, the first two lines explain relying on mental defilement, and the latter ten lines explain relying on mental purification. Within the latter ten lines, the first two lines state the general theme, and the latter eight lines explain it separately. "Knot" refers to entangled and difficult meanings. Dharmas arisen from causes are called dharmas having causes. The rest of the text can be understood. The verse stating "there is no self" clarifies that there is no entity of a self.
