29.65

「若生欲界至加由教力」者，義便兼明若生欲界起上定時，不但由上三緣，一一應知加由教力。《正理》云「由教力者，謂人三州。天亦聞教，微故不說。」

"If born in the desire realm [...] with the addition of the power of instruction": for the sake of completeness, this additionally clarifies that when one born in the desire realm gives rise to the upper absorptions, it is not only through the above three conditions; one should know that in each case there is the addition of the power of instruction. The Nyāyānusāra says: "By the power of instruction is meant humans of the three continents. The devas also hear the teaching, but because it is slight, it is not mentioned."
