「論曰至所餘根者」者，命、意、捨三隨成就一，定成就三，必無有闕成餘根義。以此三根遍於九地，一切有情皆定成故。

"The treatise states... the remaining faculties": whichever one of the three—vitality, mind, or equanimity—is possessed, one definitely possesses all three; there is never any case of lacking [one] while possessing the remaining faculties. Because these three faculties pervade the nine stages, all sentient beings definitely possess them.
