「此非誠證至說此言故」者，論主破。經言異生無信等者，依無漏根，故說言無。
Regarding "This is not a conclusive proof […] spoken with this meaning": the author of the treatise refutes this. When the sūtra states that ordinary persons lack faith and the rest, it is based on the untainted faculties that it says they lack them.
