「謂從憶念至類此應思」者，論主答。始從憶念展轉乃至風起身業，汝所執我此中何用？故於身業我非作者。語、意業起，類身應思。

Regarding "It refers to: from recollection … and such should be considered by analogy": the author of the treatise answers. Beginning from recollection and developing step-by-step through to the wind giving rise to bodily action, what use is the self you grasp at here? Therefore, with respect to bodily action, the self is not an agent. The arising of verbal and mental actions should be considered by analogy with the body.
