「論曰至如欲界說」者，釋上兩句。定所滋潤，無瞋等惑不善法故無不善，無憂根故無惡作，無叚食故無睡眠。餘如欲界。

"The treatise says [...] as explained for the Desire Realm": this explains the upper two lines. Being moisturized by absorption (samādhi), there are no defilements like hatred (dveṣa) or unwholesome phenomena, and hence no unwholesomeness; having no faculty of grief, there is no remorse; having no morsel food (kavaḍīkārāhāra), there is no sleep. The rest are as explained for the Desire Realm.
