「如是已說至心高無所顧」者，此明後兩對。初一句明尋、伺第三對，下三句明慢，憍第四對。

Regarding the passage from "Having already spoken of this" up to "the mind being haughty and without regard": This clarifies the latter two pairs. The first single line clarifies the third pair, vitarka and vicāra; the lower three lines clarify the fourth pair, pride (māna) and arrogance (mada).
