「復有釋言至於理何違」者，此即第二毘婆沙師釋。行之言因，尋、伺二種是語言因，能發語言故。因中有二，麁者名尋、細者名伺，於一心中麁、細俱起，何理相違？

Regarding the passage from "There is another explanation:" up to "what contradiction is there in principle?": This is the explanation of the second Vaibhāṣika master. "Action" (saṃskāra) refers to cause; vitarka and vicāra are the causes of speech (vāc), because they can produce speech. Within the cause there are two: the gross one is called vitarka, and the subtle one is called vicāra; gross and subtle arising together in a single mind, what contradiction is there in principle?
