「已說心心所至何者是耶」者，此下大文第二明不相應行。就中，一總標名數、二別牒解釋、三諸門分別。此即第一總標名數，結前生下。問：准前文勢，此中應但結心所法問不相應行，何故此中亦結心耶？解云：辨心品俱生及異名中，兼明心故，故亦結心。

"Having explained mind and mental factors ... what are they?": From here on is the second major division, which clarifies the formations not associated [with mind] (citta-viprayukta-saṃskāra). Within this, there are: first, a general indication of names and numbers; second, an individual quotation and explanation; third, distinctions among various perspectives. This is the first, which generally indicates the names and numbers, concluding the preceding and introducing the following. Question: In accordance with the previous flow of the text, here it should only conclude the mental factors and ask about the formations not associated [with mind]; why does it conclude with mind as well? Explanation: Because in delineating the co-arising of the classes of mind and the synonymous names, mind was also clarified, it therefore concludes with mind as well.
