「若無有得至建立差別」者，說一切有部答。若有得體，可得建立異生、聖者兩種差別。若無有得，異生、聖者起世俗有漏心，應無兩種差別。

Regarding 'If there were no acquisition... establish the distinction': the Sarvāstivāda answers. If there is an entity of acquisition, the two distinctions of ordinary person and noble one can be established. If there were no acquisition, when ordinary persons and noble ones generate a worldly, contaminated mind, there would be no distinction between the two.
