「豈不煩惱至應有差別」者，經部為釋差別。豈不煩惱已斷名聖、未斷名凡，有差別故，應有差別。

Regarding 'Is it not because defilements... there should be a distinction?': the Sautrāntika explains the distinction. Is it not that when defilements are already severed one is called noble, and when not severed one is called ordinary, and because there is this distinction, there should be a distinction?
