「不違理故我所宗故」者，論主釋。經部說假，不違理故：亦說一切有部說實，我所宗故。論主意朋經部，故作斯解。

"Because it does not contradict reason, and because it is our school's tenet" is the author of the śāstra explaining. The Sautrāntika teaches designation, because it does not contradict reason; also the Sarvāstivāda teaches reality, because it is our school's tenet. The author of the śāstra in his intention sides with the Sautrāntika, and therefore offers this explanation.
