「如是已說至諸善心有」者，此下第二明大善地法。就中，一釋名、二辨體，此即釋名。地義如前，故今不解。兩重依主，準前大地法釋。恒善心有，故名為大。

"Having thus explained... exist in all wholesome minds": below this is the second section, clarifying the universal wholesome-ground factors (kuśala-mahābhūmika-dharma). Within this: first, explaining the name; second, identifying their substance. This [segment] is explaining the name. The meaning of 'ground' is as before, so it is not explained now. The two compounds are genitive tatpuruṣa compounds, explained in accordance with the universal-ground factors earlier. Because they exist constantly in wholesome minds, they are called 'great' (mahā).
