「掉謂掉舉令心不靜」者，理實亦能令心所不靜，從強說心。《正理論》說，捨所對治。
On "Restlessness (auddhatya) refers to agitation that causes the mind not to be tranquil": In truth, it can also cause the mental factors to not be tranquil, but mind is mentioned following the predominant [element]. The *Nyāyānusāra* says that it is countered by equanimity (upekṣā).
