「豈不根本至掉舉放逸」者，問。本論說十，又不說惛沈。今言說六，太減太增。

On "Does not the fundamental treatise ... restlessness and heedlessness?": This is a question. The fundamental treatise states ten, and moreover does not mention stupor. Stating six here is at once too few and too many.
