「若爾三法至應常無謝」者，經部難。若爾三法更互相持相續轉故，鼎足而立，何法先滅？由此一法滅故餘二法隨滅，若無一法先滅者，是則此三應常無謝。

On [the text reading]: "If so, the three dharmas ... should eternally never perish": This is the Sautrāntika's objection. If so, since the three dharmas mutually sustain each other and operate in continuity, standing like the feet of a tripod, which dharma ceases first? Due to the cessation of this one dharma, the other two dharmas cease along with it; if there is no single dharma that ceases first, then these three should eternally never perish.
