「俱可害者至欲界有情」者，釋第三句。隨其所應思之可解。此且略舉，非皆遍舉。故《婆沙》第三句中又云「謂諸禽獸，或龍、妙翅，或鬼及人，或復所餘，可為自害亦他害者。」

"Those who can be harmed by both… sentient beings of the Desire Realm" explains the third alternative. It can be understood by contemplating it according to the circumstances. This is merely a summary mention, not an exhaustive enumeration. Therefore the Mahāvibhāṣā, in the third alternative, also says: "That is, animals, or nāgas, suparṇas, or spirits and humans, or yet others, that can be harmed by themselves and also by others."
