「唯可他害至諸有情類」者，釋第二句。此是略標，非皆遍舉。故《婆沙》第二句中又云「復有一類，或龍、妙翅，或鬼及人，或復所餘，可為他害非自害者。」

"Those who can only be harmed by others… all kinds of sentient beings" explains the second alternative. This is a summary indication, not an exhaustive enumeration. Therefore the Mahāvibhāṣā, in the second alternative, also says: "Furthermore, there is a class—whether nāgas, suparṇas, or spirits and humans, or yet others—that can be harmed by others but not by themselves."
