「若爾何故至受生有情」者，論主引經難。毘婆沙師若說俱非害中，色、無色界一切有情竝非俱害，何故經中唯說有頂？
On "If so, why... beings taking birth": the author of the treatise cites a sūtra to raise an objection. If the Vaibhāṣikas say that among those that cannot be killed by either, all sentient beings of the form and formless realms cannot be killed by either, why does the sūtra mention only the Peak of Existence?
