「傳說所餘至俱非可害」者，答。毘婆沙師傳說：所餘三無色、四靜慮所得自體，可為自、上二道所害。有頂自、上二害俱無，約此說為俱非可害。

On "Tradition says the remaining... cannot be killed by either": this answers. The Vaibhāṣikas maintain by tradition that the individual entities obtained in the remaining three formless states and four dhyānas can be destroyed by their own or higher paths. The Peak of Existence lacks both harms—by its own and by higher [paths]; it is in reference to this that it is said they cannot be killed by either.
