「如是應說至樂生天」者，論主釋經。經言有頂俱非害者，如是應說：舉後有頂顯初三無色及四靜慮。「如或」已下，引例可知。

On "Thus it should be said... joyful birth in heaven": the author of the treatise explains the sūtra. When the sūtra says that the Peak of Existence cannot be killed by either, it should be explained thus: citing the final Peak of Existence reveals the first three formless states and the four dhyānas. From "as or" downward, the cited examples can be understood.
