「一法一時至許俱有故」者，經部反難出過。一有為法有四別相，於一時中應即生、住、異、滅，許俱有故。

Regarding "One phenomenon at one time ... because they are admitted to co-exist": The Sautrāntika counter-objects, pointing out the fault. A single conditioned phenomenon possesses four distinct characteristics; at one time it would simultaneously arise, stay, alter, and cease, because they are admitted to co-exist.
