「此難不然至而不相違」者，說一切有部解。生用未來，三用現在，用時各別，故雖俱有而不相違。
Regarding "This objection is not correct ... and they do not conflict": The Sarvāstivāda explains. The operation of arising is in the future, while the operations of the other three are in the present; because their times of operation are distinct, they do not conflict even though they co-exist.
