「諸說住等至剎那滅義」者，敘計總非破住等三相。諸說一切有部師，說住等三相雖俱現在，用不同時前後別起。彼說便違剎那滅義。時之極促謂一剎那，既說三相現在前後別起作用，是即經停，便違剎那滅義。

Regarding "Those who claim that stationariness and the others ... the meaning of destruction in a single moment": Stating the doctrine and rejecting it as a whole, this refutes the three characteristics such as stationariness. Those Sarvāstivāda masters claim that although the three characteristics such as stationariness are all present, their operations are not simultaneous and are initiated distinctly one after another. What they say contradicts the meaning of destruction in a single moment. The extreme brevity of time is called a single moment (kṣaṇa); since they say that the three characteristics in the present initiate their operations distinctly one after another, it persists, which contradicts the meaning of destruction in a single moment.
