「已說一切有為俱故」者，答。前已說四相一切有為俱故，明知通情、非情故，故亦不說。

"Because it has already been stated that they are simultaneous with all conditioned phenomena:" answer. Since it was previously stated that the four characteristics are simultaneous with all conditioned phenomena, it is clear that they extend to both sentient and non-sentient; therefore, this was also not stated.
