「外國諸師至斯有何過」者，外國諸師即是迦濕彌羅外印度國諸師，與西方師所說意同，故今隨舉為問。若於三十四念中間，見道後起非想地不同類有漏心得滅盡定。斯有何過？

Regarding "The foreign masters... what fault is there in this?": "the foreign masters" are the masters of the regions of India outside of Kaśmīra. Their opinion agrees with what the Western masters say, and so he now cites it to ask: If, in the midst of the thirty-four thought-moments, after the path of seeing, one generates a heterogeneous sāsrava thought belonging to the stage of neither-perception-nor-non-perception and attains the absorption of cessation, what fault is there in this?
