「若爾無為至作所緣緣」者，說一切有部問。經說諸緣皆是無常。無為既是常，應不與識等作所緣緣。
Regarding 'If so, the unconditioned […] act as an ālambana-pratyaya': the Sarvāstivādins ask. The sūtra says that all conditions are impermanent. Since the unconditioned is permanent, it should not act as an ālambana-pratyaya for consciousness and the like.
