「此法自性至亦名離繫」者，說一切有部答。常住之法不墮三世，非是言依。故言實有離言，唯聖內證；但可總說是善、是常，別有實物。

Regarding 'The intrinsic nature of this dharma […] is also called visaṃyoga': the Sarvāstivādins reply. An eternal dharma does not fall within the three time-periods and is not a basis for verbal expression. Therefore, it is said to be a real entity beyond words, realized internally only by the noble ones; one can only generally state that it is wholesome, eternal, and a distinctly existent real entity.
