「餘部師說至名非擇滅」者，述上座部等計，釋二無為。約隨眠不生邊名擇滅，約苦果不生邊名非擇滅。

On "Other masters say [up to] is called apratisaṃkhyā-nirodha": this recounts the doctrine of the Sthaviras and others explaining the two unconditioned [dharmas]. With reference to the non-arising of the anuśayas, it is called pratisaṃkhyā-nirodha; with reference to the non-arising of the fruit of suffering, it is called apratisaṃkhyā-nirodha.
